The aim is to foster creativity through collaboration amongst set groups and extensive networking, with access to business support.
It can be difficult start a business in the creative industry, as the start-up cost can be high to acquire the adequate equipment that will allow these businesses to grow.


IRIS Worldwide is a advertising agency located at 185 Park Street. The average age of the employees is 30. The proposed idea would help IRIS and its young employees to reach greater goals. The proposed scheme would be on the first floor of the building.


RBS currently offers a number of services and products that aim to support young entrepreneurs on their enterprise journey. The Entrepreneurial Spark® Accelerator offers start-up support, business mentoring, and office space, to like minded entrepreneurs to test their ideas, network and grow. Also working in partnership with The Prince’s Trust, helping young entrepreneurs to get finance and support to start their own business through the Government’s Start Up Loans Scheme. Working together with IRIS Worldwide and RBS to provide funding.

 

 

The lower part of fibreglass skin forms out to become seats, work desks, lounge chairs and standing desks. While the upper part is smooth to allow projected panoramic displays, where users are able to share display areas with rest of their teams. The overhead projector is able to project on all the interior surfaces, making the interior extremely adaptable for the varied users. The surface is perforated at lower levels for in-take air-vents, as the fan located at the top - near the projector takes out the air.
